  Both battery packs are made by same manufacturer under different brand name.  Both products are identicle with same specs and accessories.

We offer 30 day money back and 6 months replacement against defects.  Abuse is not covered under warranty.    If for any reason you decide that our product(s)  isn't for you...you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Q.     Whats the average shipping time on my order?

  We ship everyday and all items are in stock.  All order are fulfilled within 24 hours of payment except weedkends and holidays.  If something is unavailabe an  email will be sent. 

For  express mail/overnight shipping.  Most orders will be shipped same day.
